This well made stainless steel, tri-ply bounded traditional round bottom wok is manufactured by All Clad. All Clad is a well known manufacturer of quality cookware. This round bottom, stainless steel wok has an aluminum core which allows for even heat distribution.
The fully rounded wok sits on a reversible ring which allows for high and/or low temperature cooking giving you lots of flexibility. Included with the wok is a tempura rack.
