This great 13 inch stainless steel wok is manufactured by Calphalon. They have adapted the traditional round bottom wok with a flatter bottom for ease of use on American style stove tops. The long handle is made of rolled stainless steel. This Cool Touch handle makes lifting, tossing and turning a snap.
